Young girls are undergoing tremendous pressure these days. To support them, we have built a 10 day program that will honor the girls and their families as they transition into Young Women. This 10 Day program is called Heart Fire ~ Heart Song and is part of our Young Woman's Wilderness Program.

The girls, some mothers and the women mentors will take the "Journey of the Heart" and travel through Eastern Idaho and Wyoming on a "Life-Changing" adventure.

This program is centrally located in South-East Idaho and South-West Wyoming. The setting of our 10-day experience will lead us through a 7-step process of initiation into womanhood.

This unique Rite of Passage journey offers processes, life-skills tools and opportunities through outdoor adventure - education, wilderness therapy and personal empowerment for young women to find out “WHO they Are and Claim their Power as Women”. Each day is planned out with activities, adventures and experiences that set the scene for experiential learning.

During our 10-day Young Women’s Wilderness Programs, we will challenge our courage and test our skills and agility through rock climbing, river rafting/kayaking, horseback riding, ropes courses and more. In exploring the "Big Outside" we become explorers of our deep, intricate, beautiful Souls as Powerful, Open and Loving Women.

Our highly qualified staff has over 20 years combined experience, working with youth and adults in outdoor environments. As Professional Mountain Guides and WFR - Wilderness First Responder – First Aid certified staff, we offer Adventure-Based trainings, Ropes Course facilitation, Expressive Arts groups, Earth-Based Empowerment models, Alternative and Natural Healthcare (wild & medicinal plant – midwifery) activities throughout the Rite of Passage initiation process. Our “Heart Fire – Heart Song” staff offers uniquely diverse and powerful experiences in assisting Young Women to reach their highest potential and tools to live a vibrant life.
